These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph02 ("ph02," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph02.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of the ph02 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on ph02, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ph02 platform.

1.3 ph02 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on ph02. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. ph02 enforces this requirement rigorously and will suspend any account found to belong to an underage user.
2.1 To be eligible to register and use ph02, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
2.2 ph02 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph02 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 ph02 is intended for use by Filipino players and is operated in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR oversight. 3.1 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ph02. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your ph02 account. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph02 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ph02 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your ph02 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ph02 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. ph02 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
3.5 KYC Verification. ph02 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph02 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other payment channels as may be added from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the ph02 cashier page and may vary by payment method. ph02 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph02 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ph02 aims to process all withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ph02 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ph02 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's name.
Important: ph02 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other persons will be returned and may trigger an account review.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on ph02 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ph02 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.
4.7 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
5.1 ph02 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by ph02 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. ph02 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings if ph02 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
5.5 ph02 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via email or in-platform notification.
6.1 Game Availability. ph02 offers a variety of games including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, arcade games, and sports betting. Game availability may vary and ph02 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from its library at any time.
6.2 Random Number Generators. All ph02 casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault, ph02 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings affected by the malfunction. ph02 will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake placed on the affected round.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. If a player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, ph02's system will complete the round according to the game's rules. ph02 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
6.5 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on ph02. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period. ph02 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
6.6 Voided Bets. ph02 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price, or placed in circumstances that ph02 reasonably believes constitute a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph02. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering: ph02 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately frozen pending investigation and reported to the appropriate authorities.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. 8.4 Session Time Limits. Players may set session time reminders and maximum session durations through their account settings. ph02 will display a notification when a player's session approaches their set limit.
8.5 Reality Checks. ph02 provides optional reality check notifications that remind players of the time elapsed during a gaming session at intervals chosen by the player.

9.1 All content on the ph02 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of ph02 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph02 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph02 content.
9.3 The ph02 name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph02. You may not use any ph02 trademark without prior written consent from ph02.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph02 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph02 platform.
10.2 ph02's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph02 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ph02 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph02 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
10.4 ph02 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
11.1 ph02 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph02, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 ph02 is committed to protecting your personal data and complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
11.3 ph02 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by law or where ph02 reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ph02, its players, or the public.
12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your ph02 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Closure by ph02. ph02 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph02 determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if ph02 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your license to use the ph02 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 13.
12.4 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional winnings in your account will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned subject to ph02's verification procedures.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph02 customer support for informal resolution. ph02 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph02 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
14.1 ph02 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top.
14.2 For material changes to these Terms, ph02 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the ph02 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using ph02 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.
